Sales Administrative Assistant (Full-time)
Excellent administrative opportunity available!  Hours are Monday-Friday days with a Saturday shift once/month.  Duties include assisting our sales department with contract preparation, client correspondence, telephone reception and other clerical tasks.  Previous customer service, computer and clerical experience required.  Some previous sales experience preferred.  Proven track record of detail-oriented work required.  High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management strongly preferred.  Interested individuals should apply in person at Best Western InnTowner and The Highland Club 2424 University Avenue Madison, WI 53726.  EEO/AA

Bartender (Part-time)
Our hotel is looking for part time bartenders to assist in the bars of our hotel.  A variety of weekend and evening hours are available.  Previous bartending experience or education is required.  Your duties in this part-time position include preparing and serving drinks to customers in all areas of the hotel, in an efficient and courteous manner, and in accordance with specified procedures and recipes.  Individuals will be cross-trained to work in our Main, Club level, and Banquet bar.  Interested individuals should apply in person at Best Western InnTowner and The Highland Club 2424 University Avenue Madison, WI 53726.  EEO/AA
